I noticed that many homeowners are totally clueless about their estate future developments. In fact, many are unsure whether their prized unblocked view will remain unblocked for the next 10 years or so.
You can actually find out all these information from the URA's Masterplan. The latest Masterplan released is dated back in 2008. Either you can visit the URA public viewing gallery to find out more or you can access online: http://www.ura.gov.sg/mp08/map.jsf?goToRegion=SIN.
Btw, some argued that Concept plan 2011 is out but take a closer look; Masterplan 2008 is still being used.
